Intellectual property
Upon full payment for a deliverable milestone, client-owned custom work product is assigned as agreed in writing. Pre-existing libraries and frameworks remain under their respective licences.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
Disputes are subject to the laws and courts of India unless another jurisdiction is agreed in a signed contract.
