Because most engagements are customised, refunds are assessed against milestones delivered and costs already incurred. Deposits cover discovery and scheduling; if a project ends early by mutual agreement, unused portions may be credited toward future work.
Training & courses
Cancellations more than 14 days before a cohort start receive a full refund of prepaid seat fees. Inside 14 days, we may offer a reschedule or partial credit depending on materials already prepared.
